Description

Prevailance is seeking an experienced, mission-focused professional to be a Program Manager (PM) for Commander Naval Surface Force, U.S. Atlantic Fleet (CNSL) Engineering Readiness Assist Team (ERAT) / Combat Systems Readiness Assist Team (CSRAT). The PM shall serve as the overall PM for the Engineering Readiness Assist Team (ERAT) / Combat Systems Readiness Assist Team (CSRAT) contract. Provide process improvement recommendations to the TYCOM staff based on extensive experience in shipboard maintenance and leadership. 

Requirements

• 25 years of U.S. Navy experience as a Surface Warfare Officer
• Former Commanding Officer of a U.S. Navy Surface Ship
• Experience at the Major Command Level to interact with Flag Officers and ACOS
• Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
• Possess current (within the last 5 years) detailed knowledge and experience with Fleet maintenance policies, processes, programs, and initiatives
• Possess recent experience (within the last 5 years) conducting technical briefs at all levels of shipboard and ashore maintenance managers, at US Navy Fleet ports and supporting shore infrastructure

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in business, management, engineering, or science

Clearance:

Must possess or be able to obtain a SECRET clearance
